Cécile Picard is the founder, muralist & designer of Élise French Flair Interiors & Murals.
A woman with an adventurous spirit, she has over two decades of experience and understands that even the simplest changes can have a huge impact on a space. Her extensive resume includes custom murals, residential and commercial interior design, set design, painting, sculpture, character development, modeling and animation.
With an impressive background, including a Bachelor of Fine Art from the Otis Parsons Institute of Art, a Diplôme National Supérieur D'Etudes Plastiques, and two apprenticeships in computer graphics and 3D animation, Cécile brings a varied dynamic to Élise Interiors & Murals. She has done sculpture, character development, modeling and animation with PDI/DreamWorks on films such as Madagascar (see: Gloria the hippo) and Antz. As a painter and sculptor Cécile has had several exhibitions including Biennale des femmes, Grand Palais, Paris, Galerie art Espace and Galerie La Serrurerie in Beaune, France. She is also an accomplished set designer for productions in the Bay Area.
Having spent two years in Bangalore, India, Cécile is inspired by the richness of Indian culture and generosity of the people. She loves to collaborate and is dedicated to the heartfelt outcome of her projects.
